SARA
Sara was born in Italy, where she studied tourism, languages, and event organization. She has been based in the Riviera Maya, Mexico, since 2003. In 2007, she began her career as an event and wedding planner, working as a wedding coordinator in several hotels before becoming independent and founding Events Weddings Mexico in 2012.
With extensive experience in the region, Sara has built strong connections with hotels, private venues, and a wide network of trusted vendors. She divides her time mainly between Riviera Maya and Italy, including Venice, Lake Como, Tuscany, and Sardinia. Being registered as an LLC in the United States (Events Weddings Italy Mexico LLC) gives our clients added confidence and a smoother planning experience.

With over 9 years of experience as a wedding planner, I’ve had the privilege of being part of some of the most special days for couples. From intimate weddings to grand celebrations, my experience has taught me to handle every detail with precision and passion. I love working closely with couples to bring their dreams to life and exceed their expectations.
My goal is to ensure every moment is unforgettable and reflects the essence of their love.
I live in Playa del Carmen since many years with my daughter and my husband and I travel to Oaxaca and Puerto Escondido as needed.
ANALIA
Hello, I’m Analía Marote. I was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and live with my daughter in Playa del Carmen, Mexico for 12 years.
With years of experience in customer service, events, production, and logistics, I bring together tradition and spirituality with authentic connection in every celebration.
I dedicate myself to coordinating and sharing conscious ceremonies that honor the sacred, such as Mayan rituals, temazcales, cacao ceremonies, and holistic celebrations.
For me, each ceremony is an opportunity to remember who we are, to celebrate from the heart, and to receive the blessings of the Earth.

VANESA
My name is Vanesa Hernández. I was born in Guadalajara, Jalisco, and spent most of my life in Aguascalientes. I've been living in the Riviera Maya for over 18 years, where I’ve built my career in the tourism industry, specializing in customer service and event coordination.
I’m part of the Events Wedding México and Spirituality Riviera Maya/ Oaxaca team, working in sales and wedding coordination.
I speak Spanish, English, Portuguese, and a little Italian.
Beyond my work, I'm a wife and a mother of two and that part of my life has deepened my sense of love, empathy, and attention to the little things—values I carry into every event I help create. I’m passionate about crafting authentic experiences, focusing on details, and making sure each couple enjoys a truly unforgettable celebration.
