VENUE SELECTION - ACCOMMODATION
Choosing a location can be overwhelming. There are so many options available between Hotels, Resorts, private Villas. You will need the advice from an expert! Just let us know your wedding date, your general idea, how many guests and your budget... First call or e-mail with a quote is free!
WEDDING PLANNING AND COORDINATION
Our standard package for more than 2 people starts at 1,500 usd – book with 500 usd
Many brides love to do most of the planning work by themselves, but having an expert guiding will make your life easier. To give you an idea, some brides book the photographer and then the location. The location has an in – house photographer and it will charge you a fee for having yours coming in. With our help and advice, we will make you save some money as we know perfectly the area and we will make you think of options you haven’t considered before.
As well, rememeber that some locations and hotels promise and don’t deliver. We will be there to make sure it will happen exactly as you payed for and as well helping you find out hidden fees.
Includes:

Helping you until you decide a venue and/or an hotel, working with your wedding budget from the beginning and suggesting you options accordingly. We will help you with the reservation and then you will then manage payments directly with the hotel/location.

Suggesting and introducing the best suppliers for what you are looking for and available on your date (photographers, flowers, DJ, etc): we will introduce them to you and you will hire them directly.

Wedding overview meeting with you and suppliers (if needed) or just with you. You will need to let us know everything you have choosen at least 3 weeks before your wedding date and we will make sure to contact all suppliers and review everything with them.

1 coordinator present on wedding day from beginning to end to help you, suppliers and guests.

have a location and suppliers and you only need coordination on the day of the event?

FLOWERS
Bouquet for her, boutonniere for him, flowers for the Gazebo, centerpieces for dinner... let us know your favorite flowers and colors for the wedding in order to suggest you nice options. To get a quote of that stunning decoration you found on line... just send us a picture!
If you don't have a big budget, we suggest you go with Gerber Daisies, Roses, Lilies, Anthurium, Ginger flower, Lisianthus, Sunflower.
We can get imported flowers like Orchids, Tulips, Peonies, Alcatraz, Hydrangeas but they are more expensive and seasonal, so they are not always available.
HAIR AND MAKE UP
You can't forget a hair and makeup artist if you want to look perfect. Riviera Maya is quite humid and you will need a professional to take care of your hair... pictures will look stunning!
Do you prefer a natural look or a more dramatic one? We work just with the best professionals in the area.
PHOTO AND VIDEO
Every time you will look at your pictures, you will be able to go back and experience again the emotions of your wedding day. Also, don’t underestimate the importance of a video. 10 years from now you will be so glad to have saved a part of your wedding budget for it.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE
If you choose an Hotel, they will take care of it with our supervision. In a private location, we can suggest the best caterers and chefs in the area.
MUSIC AND ENTERTAINMENT
What about a violinist, guitarist, trio for your ceremony? A live band for your dinner? A great DJ that will make everybody dance until sunrise? Which kind of music do you like? We have them all!

You can plan a night out the day before the wedding, we will be happy to help you choose the best restaurant according to your budget and needs!
CHILDREN
We can organize activities for them so they won’t get bored and will let adults enjoy the wedding. We can always find a way to include them in the ceremony.
DECORATION AND LIGHTNING
Romantic, elegant, vintage, Mexican… which is your style and which are your wedding colors?
The best decoration is always choosing a stunning location! Flowers are important, a lounge sit is always a good idea for your guests to rest, you can choose between colorful linens and fabrics to personalize your event.
Don’t forget that correct lightning will make your event glow! Candles are not suggested at the beach, as they won’t last with the wind… we have many options from string lights to par leads.
