Today we are going to get to know a bit more about Chef Federico López and his offer for food and beverage for groups, weddings and celebrations. Federico López began working at the age of 18 in the banquet area at the Nikko hotel in Mexico City. He lived in the United States for 2 years and then he changed his workplace to Seville, Spain at Casa Palacio in the area of events, banquets, weddings, etc. where he had the opportunity to serve the king of that time, the prince now king, Elton John and thus several other important people.
In 1996, he joined the leading company in events and banquets “Ambrosia” in an academic position, began with gastronomy classes and with great success the students, now graduated chefs, work in interesting places such as Asia, Europe and the United States. After 7 years he decided to return to Mexico, this time to the incredible Riviera Maya, where he created Taller Gourmet as a training center for professionals.
Now he offers home delivery, weddings, mass events, client portfolio (corporate).
Federico reveals to us that he likes intense work, this means, he likes to work with his team in outdoor locations, where there are no kitchens or kitchen furniture. A jungle, cenote, or beach are the perfect places as a challenge to build a kitchen. Assemble and disassemble restaurants, on yachts, catamarans, with home delivery, wherever the client wants ... Federico and his team make it possible with their great experience.
At the moment, large groups are not allowed in an event, so we can offer more elaborate or gourmet menus. The ceremonies become more intimate since we will only invite people that are mega important to us, our close family and best friends… we will generate more experiences with them to create unforgettable memories.
Finally, for business tourism, the groups of visitors have been reduced and this give the opportunity to select the market niche, this means companies can choose staff through human resources for an incentive trip.
The situation we are living will encourage us to organize trips with the purpose of healing or to be at peace with ourselves. The trend will be wanting to travel to a quiet place due to the stress caused by work and confinement ... so we are also waiting for you at wellness retreats.
